Agitation of a siliconized syringe leads to silicone oil (SO) release. SO can trigger various pathogenic processes associated with inflammation & autoimmunity.

(3/3) I expect that the amount of silicone oil released is dependent on the type/brand of syringe. It would be necessary to examine a large number of different syringes in this respect.
Maybe the silicon oil is an additional risk factor for the harmfulness of vaccinations?
