Isn't part of that restriction due to pure oxygen being used in normal dive tanks?? with a co2 scrubber, since you are reusing the co2 as o2, couldn't some of those inert gasses we have in normal atmo be added to the mixture to help that?
Normally this isn't done since when you exhale it goes out into the water and it would take to much tank valume to bring enough replacement gas if you include the inerts, but with a rebreather wouldn't that change some? You could re breath the same inert gas over and over as long as there was enough oxygen in it?
Well if you dig really deep you find out that yes.. it is.. kinda.. many space-time/worldlines, future isn't seat, its based on intent and probabilities which one you end up with. If you managed to 'jump' from Hillary won universe to trump won timeline, noone would believe you cause from their point of view trump always won. they don't see reality change.
This is because at the fundamental levels Reality is consciousness based, not particles bouncing off of each other based.
