Ok, after watching the opening statements and some of the witness testimony, I think there are going to be some surprises that come out of this case for Kyle. I think he's going to win this case hands down. But I also think that we're going to find out that there were operatives involved in this case - possibly working with fbi or other IC. I also think that Kyle was somehow set up by them. If you have time, listen to the testimony of his friend and 'brother', the first witness. Esp. pay close attention to the cross examination by Kyle's attorney. Pay close attention to the picture he shows him and how he characterizes the people in the picture. The only people he knew were Kyle, Nick and the car lot owner. The others just joined them. But he didn't know who they were. This is going to get very interesting!! This was all in the first 6+ hr video on the PBS channel.
Also - in this second video (1.5 hrs long) there's an entire section that they blacked out, no video. It was prosecution's witness and it was asked that there be no video recording of any of his testimony. What??? Why??? I'm thinking it was either IC or Media personality that people would recognize or something. Anyway, I just think that this is going to be way bigger than what we think.
