I think this Garland guy needs some SERIOUS digging. It seems he was involved in some way with the whole McVey thing. Also, remember that when these clowns get called to the carpet, they KNOW the people grilling them have access to the TRUTH in most cases, and know that if they tell an untruth, they will immediately be excoriated, so pay attention to HOW they answer the questions. Notice how, in this particular video, Garland gets REAL twitchy when she brings up McVey and the Oklahoma city bombing.
