Why would you find a shooped image on Tineye?
BTW, that is a shit reverse image search tool.

Fortunately, anon saw the original posted earlier and thus knew immediately it was shooped.

Dunno off the top of my head, but when I got frustrated with Tineye's lack of results, I just did a search for reverse image and found many, including one that shows the results from all majore reverse search engines including Yandex, Badoo, Gaggle, etc and found the image I was looking for.
