Law fags, does an inner office memorandum referencing a “face covering policy” that does not exist, carry any weight regarding discipline? County level govn. job with county administrator who initiated this memo. No policy on file, only memos. Declaration of emergency expired but county is still mandating facial coverings in all county owned/leased buildings. Violators will simply be trespassed from property.
Wondering if this is a convenient loophole exploited by county administrator/commissioners or if this is illegal but being followed by the uninformed because of fear.
Pretty sure many counties around the country may be advancing the agenda in similar fashion.
