You watching Racine and I am watching both Racine and Kenosha. Racine has the 2nd highest black population in Wis., second only to Milwaukee. Lived for a while in the very southern part of Milwaukee bordering Racine. Met many blacks who live in Racine. Can say Racine is where the middle class blacks moved to. Racine Sheriff wouldn't be making noise like this without the support of the Racine black community. And he's making a lot of noise.
