>someone should play the malicious prosecution card now [re Kyle R]
You forget that the entire Judicial branch (local/state/federal) has been compromised along with the Legislative and Executive (DoJ/FBI) branches. Yes there are a few exceptions but ALL have broken their solemn oaths to support and defend the Constitution. This is why DEVOLUTION was warranted. The Military gave the civil government EVERY OPPORTUNITY to attempt to rectify the wholesale fraud of the 2020 election. Instead, they all doubled-down. In particular when Justice Roberts lambasted SCOTUS members who wanted to hear the Texas, et al, election fraud case(s) screaming at them about "riots and the burning of every city". Very similar to when Johnson lied to former chief justice Earl Warren that "WW III would be triggered" if his Commission didn't conclude that JFK was assassinated by "a lone gunman". Warren reportedly cried, and caved, to Johnson's browbeating.
