Former Republican presidential candidate and expert neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson called the COVID-19 injections “a giant experiment,” adding that vaccinating America’s kids “makes no sense whatsoever” due to the extremely low mortality rate when it comes to coronavirus infection among children.
Carson, who served in the Trump administration as Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, issued a warning about the Biden Regime’s push to vaccinate America’s children for COVID-19, citing children’s extremely low mortality rate from coronavirus and the unknown long term impact of the injections and referring to the entire vaccination effort as “a giant experiment.”
Speaking to Maria Bartiromo of Fox News on Sunday Morning Futures, Dr. Carson said he “absolutely not” when asked if he supported the Center for Disease Control (CDC) decision to roll out Pfizer COVID-19 injections for children ages 5-11 years old.
“The fact of the matter is the mortality rate for children from COVID-19 is 0.025, which is very similar to the rate for seasonal flu, and we haven’t been for years and years going through all these things for seasonal flu,” Dr. Carson explained.

A NSW paramedic finds COVID-19 vaccine mandates "morally repugnant" due to his Roman Catholic faith and political conservatism, a Sydney court has heard.

John Edward Larter launched a case against Health Minister Brad Hazzard in the NSW Supreme Court, seeking an order that part of the state's COVID-19 public health orders be declared invalid.
Mr Larter, a Tumut paramedic of some 25 years and the Deputy Mayor of the Snowy Valleys Council, alternatively seeks exemption from vaccination on religious grounds.
The Health Administration Corporation and The State of NSW are also named as defendants.
Mr Larter's barrister, Shane Prince SC, today told the court his client was a conscientious objector to the vaccine.
"It is his religious, moral and political views that makes him feel he is unable to take the vaccine, because he finds it morally repugnant," Mr Prince said.
"That is the conscientious objection."
Mr Prince said it was not contemplated Mr Larter and colleagues in a similar situation would be put on alternative duties or leave.
He equated his client's moral objections to those who were medically unable to take a vaccine.
"The nature of a public health power is to provide extraordinary powers in extraordinary circumstances and only for those extraordinary circumstances.
"It's not to put in place a regime for once the storm has passed," Mr Prince said.
He submitted that the way the orders have been made mean they will "irrevocably terminate" the employment of unvaccinated health workers.
"That is an important part of the irrationality of this public health order and that it goes beyond what is reasonably appropriate to the emergency circumstances that the minister is entitled or was meant to address."
One of the witnesses will be Kerry Chant, the state's chief health officer.
The hearing, before Justice Christine Adamson, is expected to take two days.
The case comes after another judge last month dismissed two other cases challenging the validity of the NSW vaccination mandates for certain workers.
One involved 10 plaintiffs from various industries, including health, aged care, construction and education, who all argued their employment had been impacted by the health orders.
Justice Robert Beech-Jones ruled all their grounds had failed and said the orders were aimed exclusively at public safety.
