Just watch Little House on the Prairie and follow the schooling structure. Urban areas can’t do that unless there are extremely advanced thinking. Neighborhood schooling. A few blocks at a time. One teacher per area. Just a thought but expanding on the country one house schooling. It will take no fear and advanced thinking.
