Could there be "another" Special Visitor, and/or reason for a visit from VJCS?
In looking at the line of succession, (and knowing that #1,2,3,4 and 5 are guilty AF/ineligible) would SecDef be up for POTUS, once 11.3 takes effect- until the real POTUS can rightfully return to the WH?
