Businesses Have Until January 4 to Implement Biden’s Unconstitutional Vaccine Mandate or Face Hefty Fines

The Biden Regime on Thursday announced businesses have until January 4 to comply with his unconstitutional vaccine mandate.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration under the Labor Department (OSHA) will act as the Gestapo and conduct on-site inspections to make sure businesses are complying.

Private businesses can be fined from $13,653 to $136,532 for violating the mandate.

All unvaccinated workers will be required to wear masks beginning December 5 and will have to take weekly Covid tests starting January 4.

Every Republican state attorney general announced they will be fighting Biden’s federal vaccine mandate.

The Biden administration ordered U.S. companies Thursday to ensure their employees are fully vaccinated by Jan. 4 or regularly tested for Covid-19 — giving them a reprieve over the holidays before the long-awaited and hotly contested mandate takes effect.

Workers must receive their second shot of Pfizer or Moderna’s two-dose vaccines or a single dose of Johnson & Johnson by that date, according to the requirements.

The administration on Thursday also pushed back the deadline for federal contractors to comply with a stricter set of vaccine requirements for staff from Dec. 8 to Jan. 4 to match the deadline set for other private companies and health-care providers.

Last December Biden promised he would not demand vaccines or masks be mandatory.

In June 2020 we broke the story that the Primary Sub-Source (PSS) for the Steele dossier was Igor Danchenko – the individual behind most of the made up lies in the Steele dossier.

Danchenko is the one individual those looking into the Trump – Russia collusion fraud wanted to identify – the PSS – the individual who was behind the material amount of Steele dossier lies. At least two sources on the Internet had come to this conclusion by Sunday night. The Deep State has kept Danchenko’s name hidden for nearly four years.

Danchenko was American-based not Russian-based.

Danchenko we know was not Russian based. He was American based. But this was mis-reported (another lie) in the Steele dossier.

The FBI arrested Danchenko on Thursday as part of the Durham investigation.

Igor Danchenko was busted as part of special counsel John Durham’s probe into the origins of the FBI’s investigation of potential ties between Russia and Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, a source told the Associated Press.

It was not immediately clear what charges Danchenko might face, the wire service said. An indictment had yet to be unsealed.

Racine County Sheriff Refers Criminal Charges Against Five Top Wisconsin Elections Commissioners in Nursing Home Voting Scam

The Racine County Sheriff’s Office announced during their press conference one week ago on Thursday that they were submitting their investigation to the Racine District Attorney’s office following their hearing.

The Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) violated state law in a statewide nursing home voting scam. The WEC did not follow the law.

The Wisconsin Election Commission took advantage of impaired seniors. The Racine Sheriffs believe this crime occurred in all 72 counties.

The Racine County Sheriff’s Department believes the WEC committed a Class I Felony and numerous misdemeanors by abusing impaired seniors to get their votes.

On Wednesday Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling announced criminal charges against five of the six members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC).

Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling announced in a news release Wednesday that he had referred recommendations for criminal charges against five of the six members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) to Racine County District Attorney Patricia Hanson, a Republican.

Last week, Schmaling called a news conference to lay out allegations of election fraud against the commissioners but said he hadn’t sent the investigation to the DA and was instead calling for a statewide investigation into the matter from Attorney General Josh Kaul. After Kaul declined to open an investigation, Schmaling sent his recommendations, which include felony charges.

Schmaling and his investigator allege that when the WEC voted unanimously in Spring 2020 not to send special voting deputies (SVDs) into nursing home facilities because of the COVID-19 pandemic, they’d broken the law. SVDs are pairs of people appointed by local election clerks to go to nursing homes to assist with voting. At the time of the unanimous vote, visitors weren’t being allowed into nursing homes to protect residents from the virus so the WEC voted to forgo the two visits SVDs are required to attempt to make to nursing homes and instead use the normal absentee ballot process.

China tells US to back down after explosive Taiwan comment

The Chinese foreign ministry has hit back at the US, demanding Washington refrain from interfering in Taiwan, after American General Mark Milley said his forces were capable of defending the island nation against Beijing.

Speaking on Thursday during a daily press briefing, Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin demanded that the US stop making comments about Taiwan that may contribute to the “arrogance of the separatist forces.”

“No one can underestimate China’s firm determination and will to defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity. We will never allow anyone or any force to split Taiwan from the embrace of the motherland in any way,” the spokesman stated.

Wang called on the US to respect the One-China policy and fulfil its commitments to Beijing under the Sino-US Joint Communiques, adding that issues relating to Taiwan should be handled prudently and properly.

The spokesman was responding to a question regarding comments made by the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman, General Mark Milley, on Wednesday. Speaking at the Aspen Security Forum, Milley said US forces “absolutely have the capability” to defend Taiwan from China, adding that there’s “no question about that.”

He also said he did not believe that China would seek to invade Taiwan anytime soon. Milley continued, however, to say that Beijing is “clearly” building up military capabilities so that its future leaders have that option.

The Chinese government has consistently called on Western powers not to interfere in affairs relating to Taiwan, which it regards as an inalienable part of China and is seeking to reunite the island, even potentially by force.

At least 18 billionaires got COVID stimulus checks, report claims

At least 18 billionaires and more than 200 ultra-wealthy people reportedly received emergency federal stimulus checks that were meant to help struggling families during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Billionaires — including corporate raider Ira Rennert, George Soros, and outgoing Minnesota Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor — received payouts in the first round of stimulus checks, according to ProPublica, which drew on leaked files from the Internal Revenue Service.

Soros’ representative said he returned the check, according to ProPublica, while Rennert didn’t respond to questions.

The uber-wealthy qualified for the stimulus checks, which were sent out as part of a $2.2 trillion relief package called the CARES Act, because the government determined eligibility solely on taxable income.

But many of the mega-rich who received the checks came in under the annual income threshold, which was $75,000 per year for singles and $150,000 for couples, thanks largely to business write-offs.

In total, some 270 wealthy taxpayers who collectively disclosed $5.7 billion in income, according to their previous tax return, were able to use such massive tax deductions that they qualified for stimulus checks, according to ProPublica.

Those tax deductions were so great, that all 270 people actually listed negative income for the year, the outlet reported.

The other ultra-wealthy recipients of the checks included Terrence Pegula, worth an estimated $5.7 billion and owner of both the NFL’s Buffalo Bills and the NHL’s Buffalo Sabres.

Timothy Headington, an oil mogul, real estate developer and executive producer of hit films like “Argo” and “World War Z,” is worth an estimated $1.4 billion but still received a stimulus check, according to ProPublica.

Robert Dart, heir to the Dart family, which owns Dart Container Corp., the maker of the iconic red Solo cup, also got a check even though he’s no longer a US citizen and filed his tax returns from an address in the Cayman Islands, the report said.

Dart has returned his check, a spokesperson told ProPublica.

Andy Biggs (R-AZ) has introduced the Nullify the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Act to abolish the regulatory agency within the Department of Labor that is responsible for inspecting businesses with over 100 employees to determine if workers have been sufficiently jabbed as part of the Biden regime’s vaccine mandate.

In a statement, Biggs said, “OSHA’s existence is yet another example of the federal government creating agencies to address issues that are more appropriately handled by state governments and private employers.”

He added that “Arizona, and every other state, has the constitutional right to establish and implement their own health and safety measures, and is more than capable of doing so” and urged fellow Members of the House to “fight back against the bloated federal government and eliminate agencies that never should have been established in the first place.”

“I will not let OSHA push Arizona around with their bureaucratic regulations and urge my colleagues to support my effort to eliminate this unconstitutional federal agency,” concluded Biggs.

Speaking to Breitbart, Biggs added that “OSHA’s existence is yet another example of the federal government creating agencies to address issues that are more appropriately handled by state governments and private employers.”

The Biden regime’s vaccine mandate is set to begin on January 4, when employers will be forced to fire unvaccinated employees or face fines of $14,000 per employee who is resisting the controversial vaccines.

While Biggs’ solution may be unlikely to gain traction, unless Republicans retake the House in 2022, Senate Republicans announced another, more immediate solution immediately after Democrats faced large losses in Virginia and across the country earlier this week.

“I hope President Biden was listening to the people in the state of Virginia yesterday, in a state that he won by double digits, a Democrat governor lost,” said Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) yesterday, announcing the Senate plan to his constituents in a video. “I want the people of Kansas, I want Congress, I want the President to know that we are going to use every tool in our toolbox, every arrow in our quiver to stop Joe Biden’s unlawful vaccine mandate.”

Migrants from Uzbekistan, Eritrea Appear at Texas Border

EAGLE PASS, Texas — In separate events, local Border Patrol Agents and their Brackettville-stationed colleagues apprehended migrants from two counties designated by the Department of Homeland Security as “special interest.” The arrests triggered immediate reporting to DHS headquarters. According to a source within Customs and Border Protection, the incidents occurred on Monday and involved one group of 13 Eritreans and a separate family of three from Uzbekistan.

The source says the first arrests took place in Eagle Pass when agents spotted 13 mostly male Eritrean nationals attempting to evade arrest. The Eritreans were in a residential neighborhood several miles from the Rio Grande.

In an unrelated event, three members of an Uzbek family were arrested by Border Patrol in Brackettville. The Uzbek nationals traveled more than 25 miles inland after crossing near Eagle Pass. The familynconsisted of a mother and two children. According to the source, the Uzbek mother paid smugglers nearly $15,000 to reach the U.S. border.

The Uzbek woman told Border Patrol agents she was a schoolteacher and moved her two children from Uzbekistan to Turkey, Ecuador, Columbia, Panama, and Mexico, eventually reaching the United States.

The U.S. State Department currently lists Uzbekistan and Eritrea as a “Level 4: Do Not Travel” countries.

Eritrea and Uzbekistan are on the Department of Homeland Security’s list of special interest countries. The designation of special interest migrant is related to the travel pattern and conditions within the home country, rather than specific threats.

According to DHS, the designation of special interest migrant is different than the designation of an individual migrant known or suspected of terrorism. The term “Special Interest Migrant” and “Known or Suspected Terrorist” (KST) are not interchangeable.

Scotland primary school draws flak after telling boys to wear skirts

A Scottish primary school has drawn criticism over its “virtue signalling” for encouraging male students and teachers to attend classes wearing skirts on Thursday in order to “break down” gender stereotypes and “promote equality.”

In an email sent to parents, Castleview Primary School, in Edinburgh, noted that the initiative was to spread the message that “clothes don’t have a gender.” It referenced a similar campaign in Spain, in which male teachers and children wore skirts to show solidarity with a male pupil who had been expelled last year for wearing a skirt. The email added that “pupils were keen to take part.”

The school said it wanted all students and teachers who “feel comfortable doing so” to participate, and even offered to provide skirts if nothing “suitable” was available at home. It also tweeted about being “so proud” of the 10-year-olds who came up with the idea after learning about the Spanish incident. The pupils had apparently asked if their school could support the aforementioned #LaRopaNoTieneGenero movement.

Helsinki Govt to Stop Serving Meat and Milk to Fight Climate Change

Helsinki’s local government has decided that as of next year it will no longer be serving meat at city events after recommendations from its climate team manager.

The local government of the Finnish capital will no longer serve any meat products at official events, only serving seasonal vegetarian food and fish. Oat-based “milk” will replace cow’s milk for coffee and tea. They also will no longer use any disposable containers.

Johanna af Hällström, manager of the city’s climate team, spoke to public broadcaster YLE about the new policy, saying: “This is one way among others to reduce the climate impact of food and reduce the amount of natural resources used by the city.”

Af Hällström added that the new policy does not affect meals in schools or in elderly care homes and will just be the policy at public events, workshops, and seminars put on by the city. According to YLE, Helsinki has also set a goal of halving all use of milk and meat products by 2025.

In 2019, the broadcaster noted that Finns consume around 167 pounds of meat per year, up from less than 88 pounds in 1960. Experts such as Mikael Fogelholm, professor of nutrition at the University of Helsinki, say there is no simple way to reduce consumption because meat has such a strong place in Finnish food culture.

“Politicians are very relaxed about putting a tax on meat and that’s how it’s solved. A meat tax can be one way among many if someone tells you how to tax red meat in a sensible way,” Fogelholm said.

The move by the city of Helsinki comes just a month after a Cambridge University report called for foods such as meat and dairy to be made more expensive in order to fight climate change.

“Interventions that decrease the affordability of unhealthy unsustainable options and increase the affordability of healthier sustainable options would also help change public behaviour,” the report said, arguing that governments could use taxes and price mechanisms to influence the public.

“Increase prices of carbon-intense foods, including processed and red meat, dairy products and ultra-processed foods,” the report said and advocated for reductions in prices for plant-based foods.

CDC advisory committee recommends all US adults younger than age 60 get vaccinated against hepatitis B

Advisors to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended on Wednesday that all U.S. adults younger than age 60 get vaccinated against hepatitis B.

Under the new policy, tens of millions of adults in the 30-to-59 age range could get their shots, protecting them against this potentially chronic liver disease.

The new recommendation aims to prevent infection among middle-aged adults with hepatitis B increasingly impacting people in their 40s and 50s in recent years.

'We cannot eliminate hepatitis B in the U.S. without a new approach,' said CDC scientist Dr Mark Weng.

Hepatitis B is a liver infection that can spread from person to person through blood, semen, and other body fluids.

Adults commonly catch the disease through sexual contact and needle sharing, and infected mothers can pass the virus to their newborns.

Many recent cases have been linked to the opioid epidemic.

Common symptoms include fatigue, poor appetite, stomach pain, nausea, and abdominal pain, according to the CDC.

Symptoms vary by age. Infants and young children under age five generally tend not to show symptoms, while about one-third to one-half of older kids and adults are symptomatic.

Hepatitis B is a short-term disease for many who catch the virus, but it can become chronic - leading to long-term symptoms and potentially even liver cancer.
