As with everything Q posts, "2020+1" could mean absolutely anything at all.
It could even mean a full presidential term following 2020, i.e 2024 !!!! If so, then "11.4" means THE DAY AFTER THE NEXT ELECTION.
Imagine Biden in office for another 3 years. What state will the US be in by then? Imagine the extent of the voter switch to the Republicans in 2024 - it will be biblical ( a 60+% Red Senate?) Oh, the power!!
