NJ ELECTION UPDATE: 56 Voting Machines Were Shut Down, Shipped To Warehouse On Election Night In Dem Stronghold County Where Gov Murphy Got Over 113K Votes

100 Percent Fed Up – After the polls closed in New Jersey on Tuesday evening, stunned political pundits watched GOP candidate Jack Ciattarelli take the lead in the governor’s race against the incumbent Democrat Governor Phil Murphy.

Then, on Wednesday morning, after Americans watched coverage of the election showing Ciattarelli flipping traditionally blue counties to red and picking up significantly more votes in red counties than in previous elections, something curious happened—with almost 100% of red counties reporting their votes, election results from Democrat stronghold counties began to trickle in, and Murphy began to take a negligible lead. Then, as the day wore on, more blue counties reported their results, and like magic, Murphy got just enough votes to be declared the winner.

On the eve of the November 2020 election, several Democrat-stronghold cities in crucial swing states across America abruptly and inexplicably stopped counting votes in the middle of the night. Reports of phony water main breaks turned out to be a leaky urinal. A white van delivered boxes and boxes of absentee ballots through a back hallway in the Democrat stronghold city of Detroit’s absentee ballot counting facility at 3:30 am. Shortly after the van delivered their last-minute absentee ballots to the TCF Center, Trump’s massive lead was wiped out, and incredibly, Biden took the lead in a state Trump won in 2016. Red counties across Michigan and other must-win states had already reported their vote tallies, while Democrat stronghold cities were still “counting votes” well into the next day.

In Essex County, a Democrat stronghold, 56 voting machines were shut down on election night and were NOT counted.

On Wednesday, County Clerk Christopher Durkin said voting machines in 56 districts were shut down without being counted first.

Durkin blamed the shutdown of 56 voting machines on a “poll worker error.” The News 12 reporter Tony Caputo asked Durkin about the location of the voting machines and when they would be counted? Durkin answered, “It’s a mix; they are mostly in Newark, East Orange, Irvington, Maplewood, and Montclair, which are the majority of those 56 districts.” He asked New Jersey residents not to jump to conclusions as to why the voting machines were shut down without being counted first. He explained, “Those machines are at the polling place right now. Those machines have to be brought back to the warehouse. A judge will issue an order for us to open those machines, retrieve the results and post those results.”

Lead Detective In Rittenhouse Case Has Family Ties To Five Democrat Politicians Including Mayor Of Kenosha, His Uncle

Detective Ben Antaramian has family ties to the Kenosha mayor, a state representative, and a county board supervisor, a Kenosha city judge, and a Kenosha city attorney

One of the lead detectives in the Kyle Rittenhouse case has close family ties with the mayor of Kenosha and other Democrat politicians. Detective Benjamin Antaramian is the nephew of Kenosha Mayor John Antaramian, who was re-elected to another four-year term in 2020. Antaramian, a Democrat, first served as mayor from 1992-2008 and was again elected in 2020.

Through his family relationship with Mayor Antaramian, Detective Benjamin Antaramian, has several other family members serving in government positions: The mayor’s cousin is the Kenosha City Attorney, Ed Antaramian (D); his nephew is the Kenosha City Judge Michael Easton (D); his other nephew is Thaddeus “Tip” McGuire (D), State Representative; and his other cousin is Laura Belsky (D), County Board Supervisor.

Benjamin Antaramian conducted several interviews with persons of interest and witnesses immediately following the August 2020 Kenosha shootings.

Antaramian is the detective who opted not to record Kenosha PD’s interview with armed rioter Gaige Grosskreutz, the only witness or person of interest where this was done. Kenosha police also opted not to execute a search warrant they had obtained in order to seize Grosskreutz’s phone.

Several other witnesses and persons of interest had their phones downloaded, but Grosskreutz was again given a notable exception. According to testimony from Kenosha Detective Martin Howard, the warrant was not served due to “Marsy’s Law” concerns, which is a law that grants crime victims certain privacy privileges, among other things.

Howard testified that this was the first and only time Mary’s Law was invoked in order to stop the serving of a warrant during his entire history with the Kenosha police. Howard, who was assigned to the high-profile case despite having been a detective for just 15 months at the time, testified that Marsy’s Law was invoked by the lead prosecutor in the Rittenhouse case, Assistant DA Thomas Binger.

Detective Antaramian tried to link Kyle Rittenhouse to the “Kenosha Guard” group, a loose collection of Kenosha citizens who organized to defend businesses during the riots. Antaramian reportedly grilled Rittenhouse’s associate Dominick Black in an effort to connect the two but was unable to do so.

Nevertheless, Rittenhouse’s non-existent affiliation with the group was cited in front of the U.S. Senate in testimony from Mark Zuckerberg regarding extremism on social media. Detective Antaramian has been present at the Rittenhouse trial and has demonstrated weapons and evidence, though he has yet to testify.

While Ducey is on leave, woke liberal Secretary of State Katie Hobbs serves as acting Governor of Arizona.

As Secretary of State, Katie Hobbs will administer her own election for Arizona Governor. This is already a huge conflict of interest. What will she be able to change as Governor to make her race unlosable?

The Arizona Legislature is not currently in session, therefore Hobbs does not have the power to approve or veto bills. However, she now has executive authority over Arizona and with that, the power of executive orders.

With these executive powers, Hobbs also holds the Governor’s Emergency Powers, leaving her unrestrained.

Republican Ciattarelli Announces He Is Not Conceding in New Jersey Governor’s Race

The Republican candidate for governor in New Jersey announced today that he is not conceding the race.

The Associated Press is reporting:

The result of New Jersey’s election for governor will be “legal and fair” no matter the outcome, Republican candidate Jack Ciattarelli said Thursday in his first comments since The Associated Press declared incumbent Democrat Phil Murphy the election’s winner.

Ciattarelli has not conceded the election.

“No one should be declaring victory or conceding the election until every legal vote is counted,” Ciattarelli said in the 2-minute video clip posted on Twitter.

Ciattarelli, a former Assembly member, said he will wait for the state’s 21 counties to complete counting thousands of mail-in and other ballots, which could take until next week, before deciding whether to ask for a recount.

Under state law, there is no automatic recount and the party seeking one must file a suit in state Superior Court in the county where the recount is requested.

The governor has a tough road ahead of him after the election appears to have been stolen on Election night.

Biden Admin. Sues Texas Over New Voting Laws

The U.S. Justice Department announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against the State of Texas and the Texas Secretary of State over new voting procedures imposed by Texas Senate Bill 1, which was signed into law in September 2021.

“Our democracy depends on the right of eligible voters to cast a ballot and to have that ballot counted,” said Attorney General Merrick B. Garland. “The Justice Department will continue to use all the authorities at its disposal to protect this fundamental pillar of our society.”

“The Civil Rights Division is committed to protecting the fundamental right to vote for all Americans,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke for the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. “Laws that impair eligible citizens’ access to the ballot box have no place in our democracy. Texas Senate Bill 1’s restrictions on voter assistance at the polls and on which absentee ballots cast by eligible voters can be accepted by election officials are unlawful and indefensible.”

The United States’ complaint challenges provisions of Senate Bill 1 under Section 208 of the Voting Rights Act and Section 101 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

The United States’ complaint alleges that Senate Bill 1 violates Section 208 of the Voting Rights Act by “improperly restricting what assistance in the polling booth voters who have a disability or are unable to read or write can receive.” The complaint also alleges that Senate Bill 1 harms those voters by “barring their assistors from providing necessary help, including answering basic questions, responding to requests to clarify ballot translations or confirming that voters with visual impairments have marked a ballot as intended.”

The complaint also contends that Senate Bill 1 violates Section 101 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by “requiring rejection of mail ballots and mail ballot request forms because of certain paperwork errors or omissions that are not material to establishing a voter’s eligibility to cast a ballot.”

The complaint asks the court to prohibit Texas from enforcing these requirements.

Premier Doug Ford said Wednesday Ontario won’t make COVID-19 vaccines mandatory for those working in health care, suggesting doing so could jeopardize patient care in the province.

“The impact of the potential departure of tens of thousands of health care workers is weighed against the small number of outbreaks that are currently active in Ontario’s hospitals,” Ford said in a news release.

“Having looked at the evidence, our government has decided to maintain its flexible approach by leaving human resourcing decisions up to individual hospitals.”

Ford said hospitals have strong enough outbreak controls at place that even when COVID-19 spreads at their facilities there is “little if any impact on patient care.”

MONTREAL — In an about-face, facing a drastic service reduction, Quebec has decided that health-care workers already employed won’t be forced to get a COVID-19 vaccine, the province’s health minister said Wednesday.

Health Minister Christian Dubé said that the province is facing 500 service reductions or reorganizations if it goes ahead with its planned Nov. 15 deadline for staff vaccines.

Instead of the previous plan, now only new hires will be required to be vaccinated, he said, though the province will try hard to replace those workers with vaccinated ones over time.

Josh Hawley Introduces Bill That Would Give Taiwan $3 Billion in Military Aid

The legislation would make the assistance conditional on Taiwan boosting its military budget

Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) introduced a piece of legislation on Tuesday that would authorize the Pentagon to give Taiwan $3 billion in military aid each year from 2023 through 2027.

The Arm Taiwan Act of 2021 would supply Taiwan with weapons and training “to accelerate Taiwan’s deployment of asymmetric defense capabilities required to deter or, if necessary, defeat an invasion by the People’s Republic of China.”

The $3 billion would be conditional on Taiwan investing a matching amount of funds, boosting its military budget, and implementing “defense reforms.” Despite all the hype around the idea of a Chinese invasion of Taiwan, the island’s military budget is a fraction of Washington’s.

For 2022, Taiwan unveiled a military budget worth $16.8 billion, or 2.1 percent of the island’s GDP, compared with the 3.5 percent GDP the US spends on its military each year. Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen has set a goal of eventually increasing the military budget to 3 percent of the GDP.

Even if Taiwan eventually spends 3 percent of its GDP on its military, the aid Hawley proposed would still be a sizeable chunk of Taipei’s overall budget. “We should do everything in our power to help Taiwan urgently strengthen its defenses,” Hawley said in a statement on the bill.

The US hasn’t had a mutual defense treaty with Taiwan since 1979, when Washington severed diplomatic relations with Taipei to recognize Beijing. But arms sales to the island continued through the decades and have increased in recent years.

Hawley’s legislation is just the latest from China hawks looking to put more support behind Taiwan. Republicans in the House and Senate have introduced the Taiwan Invasion Prevention Act, which would give the president war powers to defend Taiwan in the event of a Chinese invasion, and some Democrats are in favor of the idea despite the clear risk of nuclear war.

OSHA Considering Permanent COVID Vax Rule with 7 Horrifying Requirements for Americans

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a federal rule mandating COVID-19 vaccinations or weekly testing for companies with 100 or more employees while also seeking comments about potential parts of the rule that could force massive government overreach into American lives.

Conservative commentator Ben Shapiro highlighted the Request for Comment section of OSHA’s document announcing the emergency temporary standard, which featured seven authoritarian aspects of the ETS that could become part of a permanent rule.

OSHA standards are required to be replaced by a permanent regulation after six months, according to Bloomberg.

The seven areas OSHA sought comments about included sweeping, invasive suggestions like the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for companies with under 100 employees.

Questions in the document included, “How much time would it take, what types of costs would you incur, and how much would it cost for you to implement [vaccination and/or testing requirements]?”

Another section asked whether fully vaccinated people should be required to wear masks in the workplace.

“Should portions of the rule, such as face coverings, apply to fully vaccinated persons?” OSHA’s document asked.

The third area of consideration involved no exceptions for natural immunity.

“Given scientific uncertainty and limitations in testing for infection and immunity, OSHA is concerned that it would be infeasible for employers to operationalize a standard that would permit or require an exception from vaccination or testing and face covering based on prior infection with COVID-19,” the document said.

The fourth area discussed the potential to remove testing as an alternative to vaccination.

All the way through my education, I attended public schools, and they were really bad in my day. But now they are so horrific that I don’t know why any parent would ever want to subject their children to such an environment. As part of homecoming week activities, Tuesday was costume day at Hazard High School and a “man pageant” was held.

Multiple photos were posted and then taken down from the Hazard High School athletics Facebook page.

They appear to show scantily clad students giving lap dances to faculty and staff.

This didn’t happen in New York or Los Angeles.

This happened in the supposedly “red state” of Kentucky.

These people are supposed to have “country values”, but instead it appears that they have no values at all.

White House: Actually, Joe Biden ‘Perfectly Comfortable’ with Payouts for Illegal Immigrants

The White House on Thursday reversed a comment made by President Joe Biden that his administration would not issue payouts to illegal immigrants suing the federal government.

White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Biden was actually “perfectly comfortable” with the idea, despite his comment Wednesday insisting it was “not going to happen.” She said:

If it saves taxpayer dollars and puts the disastrous history of the previous administration’s use of zero tolerance and family separation behind us, the president is perfectly comfortable with the Justice settling with the individuals and families currently in litigation with the federal government.

Biden previously called reports that the Department of Justice was considering payouts to individual illegal immigrants who were separated during former President Donald Trump’s “Zero Tolerance” immigration enforcement policy “garbage” and “not true.”

But Jean-Pierre said Biden was specifically referring to the idea of the reported $450,000 price tag, not the overall concept of a payout.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which filed multiple lawsuits against the federal government on behalf of border crossers affected by Trump’s policies, said in a statement that Biden “may not have been fully briefed” about the Justice Department’s plan.

“We call on President Biden to right the wrongs of this national tragedy,” the statement read.

Jean-Pierre said that despite Biden’s comments, the president believed in the independence of the Justice Department, but he struggled to explain exactly what he meant.

“He was asked a question and he answered it,” she concluded, punting further questions about the potential payments to the Justice Department.

Mexican Authorities Detain Top Cartel Leader 'El Inge' in Sinaloa

Soldiers of the Mexican Army, the National Guard and agents of the Attorney General's Office of Mexico detained Armando N., alias "El Inge," leader of the Pacific cartel in Sinaloa, Mexico.

The raid was conducted on October 28, but was not reported until Thursday. Along with apprehending "El Inge," agents confiscated 118 kilograms of fentanyl paste, a narcotic opioid, and a laboratory used to produce the synthetic drug.

The haul of fentanyl is thought to be worth around $48 million at current street value, which would make it the largest seizure of its kind to date. Securing the lab, however, was of equal importance.

The Mexican National Defense agency believed the laboratory capable of producing 70 kilograms of fentanyl paste each month. Each kilogram of fentanyl paste can produce up to a million normal doses. The scale of the operation led the agency to believe its distribution footprint was international.

El Inge, the alleged leader of a criminal organization specializing in the production of fentanyl, faces organized crime charges in Mexico. Four of his collaborators were also apprehended.

Before executing the October 28 raid, crime units identified the property where the laboratory operated and an additional property used as a collection center.

Along with fentanyl paste and the equipment necessary to produce it, the raid netted five guns, 1,050 rounds of ammunition, and two cars. The team also discovered, in cash, $86,000 pesos and $14,600 USD.

Racine County Sheriff Calls For Felony Charges Against Wisconsin Election Commissioners

Sheriff Schmaling says five election commissioners should be criminally charged for having waived the law requiring the use of Special Voting Deputies in the 2020 election.

On Wednesday afternoon, the Racine County Sheriff’s Office issued a press release announcing it had forwarded to the county district attorney recommended charges for election fraud against five members of the Wisconsin Election Commission, including two felony counts. The announcement followed last week’s 75-minute press conference by Sheriff Christopher Schmaling and lead investigator Sgt. Michael Luell.

During that press conference, Luell provided a methodical review of the Wisconsin Election Code and his investigation into a complaint lodged by “Judy,” whose mother “Shirley” was a resident of the Ridgewood Care Facility.

After her mother died on October 9, 2020, Judy discovered a vote in the November 2020 presidential election had been cast in her mother’s name. In an affidavit originally filed with the Wisconsin Election Commission, Judy stated that she believed the residential care facility had taken “advantage” of her mother’s “diminished mental capacity and filled out ballot(s) in her name.”

While their investigation focused on Ridgewood Care Facility, during the press conference, Schmaling and Luell made clear that the fundamental violation of election law occurred when the Wisconsin Election Commission, or WEC, directed municipalities not to “use the Special Voting Deputy process to service residents in care facilities,” and instead to “transmit absentee ballots to those voters by mail.”

As Luell detailed in the October 28 press conference, Section 6.875 of the Wisconsin election code provides the “exclusive means” of absentee voting in residential care facilities, and that statute requires the local municipality to dispatch two special voting deputies, or “SVDs,” to a facility. The election code further requires the SVDs to personally deliver a ballot to residents of the facility, and then witness the voting process. And only a relative or an SVD may assist the voter in the process, and once voting is complete, the SVD must seal the ballot envelope and deliver it to the clerk.

By directing municipalities not to use SVD, as required by state law, Luell explained, the WEC appeared to violate Section 12.13(2)(b)(7) of the Wisconsin Election Code, entitled “Election Fraud.” That section expressly provides that it is a crime if, “in the course of the person’s official duties or on account of the person’s official position,” the official “intentionally violates or intentionally causes any other person to violate any provision” of the election code, “for which no other penalty is expressly prescribed.”

Also noted were several other relevant criminal provisions, including the crime of receiving a ballot from, or giving a ballot to, a person other than the election officer in charge, or receiving a complete ballot from a voter unless qualified to do so. Here, Luell explained how ballots were handled by low-level employees, kept unsealed in drawers, and otherwise maintained in violation of state law.

Whether to charge these crimes is a matter for prosecutors to decide, the sheriff and his lead investigator explained. However, given that Racine County is just “one of 72 counties,” and “Ridgewood is one of 11 facilities within our county,” they encouraged the state attorney general to launch his own investigation.
