Browder figured out a way to rape Russians, pennies on the dollar, for their assets. Before Putin, each Russian received paper stocks in Russian assets. A bunch of Russians didn't really know their worth or what to do with them and started to sell. Those paper stocks got bundled and sold. Browder was one of the first to realize that the sale price of the paper stocks represented many fold more in real Russian companies and started buying the stocks like crazy. I don't blame Putin for reeling that shit back in. But Browder went after Putin vis a vis McCain and Magnisky legislation. Ironically, that legislation is going to help bite some truly bad actors in the butt.

I like this idea, if its sincere. They may want to shut it down because they know the boomerang is about to hit. But his quote here is right on. If we are to survive as a nation, we must return to the rule of law that bridges one administration to the next.
