Trump can effectively shatter the Clowns without completely dismantling the agency by gutting the rogue players. We have too many (still loyal) assets overseas operating on good, American virtue that aren't part of the Cabal. By keeping the agency intact, but literally gutting the right assets, and changing the provisions by which they are allowed to operate - he can effectively do the same thing without hanging the agents overseas. This is an ideal solution, as it prevents people from flipping in the interim to save their neck
Precisely. Trump has proven now that, like Flynn, he is 5000 steps ahead. With that, he knows completely dismantling agencies, without proper lead up, will result in chaos and poor optics. This is a crucial aspect of all of this. Being right is crucial, but optics are also equally crucial. Having the correct support at multiple levels must be established for things to work right, so he considers this as part of his workings. I think the Clown evolution is only just beginning, and Haspel is part of it, but we don't know where it leads yet.
