Anons, someone close to me works for a major Healthcare Organization. That organization is reconsidering all previously approved religious exemptions from the vaccine mandate; even though this person does their work solely from their home.

Another someone close to both of us used to be an Admin at that same Medical Organization before retiring several years ago. While employed by them for over 40 years, this Anon participated and chaired most of these committees: Board of Bioethics committee, Pastoral Care Committee, Policy and Procedure Committee, Policy and Procedure Committee, Advanced Care Planning Committee, among many many others.

Anons used that past experience to help our mutual friend answer these questions put out by the medical institution to challenge her previously approved religious exemption to the jab.

Q- Do you believe that fetal stem cells are in the Covid vaccine that you would receive?

A- My understanding is that there are no fetal stems cells in the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.

Q- If a Covid vaccine contained no fetal stem cells, would you be able to receive it in light of your religious beliefs? If not, why not?

A- No. My religious beliefs regarding the Covid vaccine go beyond the use of fetal stem cell or tissue. I follow the Word of God. The God given right to make my own choices is not only guaranteed by God in our Constitution, but is also a Bioethical principle under the right to self determination. This right is from God. This is not a waiving belief or value. This is a foundational principle with which I base my life. It is embedded within the constitution of the US as the right to life and liberty. It is an accepted and adhered to bioethical principle used throughout the world to ensure that people’s rights are adhered to, followed. They are granted by God and only God. His word is the living Word. For man to abridge this is morally corrupt and unconstitutional. It violates my freedom of religion and the God given rights which organizations adopted to protect these rights. I do not fear sickness. I do not fear death. I put ALL of my faith in God, not man. The Word of God directs my path. If I choose, based on my right to self determination, guided by my religious principles, to receive medical care, drugs etc for my health, it is my ethical choice based on my religious foundation; not man’s. In answering these questions, it is not Xxxxx decision or the government’s decision, it is mine! Christianity is based on justice and equality of all men. Denying me employment based on my religious principles is unjust and unequal. You ask me to go against what I sincerely believe and live! (I work 100% at home so am not a potential threat to any other employee and do not need accommodation). My decision affects only my family. I don’t fear what you will do to me. I pray that you will come to see the immoral standard and ethical travesty that our government has placed on the organization and the employees. Be brave. God will lead us out of this!

Q-What other medical practices or pharmaceutical products do you refuse as a result of your religious beliefs about fetal stem cells?

A-In light if the current National and International dialogue on use of fetal stem cells, lines etc, and use of innocent babies in the making of products and drugs, I will ensure that myself, my family, friends will be informed in our choices and NEVER use such products! This life is a blink of an eye compared to eternity. I will never knowingly compromise my salvation or that of my family. That is my God given right as a human.

I am signing this document without legal waiver of my rights to seek religious exemption and accommodation from any requirement that conflicts with my sincerely held religious beliefs, and without waiver of my right to seek legal redress from any wrongful denial of such exemption or accommodation.

My friend did receive religious exemption from the jab; this time provisional.

If you have ever filled out a Will or Advanced Directive, it is based on the moral principal ofself direction/self determination, which is your Unalienable Right to Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness as protected through the Declaration of Independence. These are God given rights- not by man.
