Taken over Los Angeles, 8:40am local time.
I could not find the plane on radar, it went northwest when it was finished in case any PFs can track it down.
Almost looks like a….I dunno….certain letter…..

Skies are crystal clear now. These trails dispersed and drifted to the east, and it's now COMPLETELY obvious that these were not normal contrails. This one patch of sky was streaked with lines from a few planes for a few minutes, but since then there have been none. Not even real contrails that instantly disappear.
Glad I was able to witness, will keep eyes up for the rest of the day. Still also interesting that I couldn't find any planes at that altitude on the radar map, but I only use one site and maybe there's another one out there where you can go back on the timeline.
