Yet another lawsuit has been filed against Michigan’s dishonest Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – The lawsuit, filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation, accuses Benson of neglecting her duty to remove dead voters from the voter rolls in violation of the Department of Justice’s NVRA (National Voter Registration Act). The NVRA clearly states that election officials must “conduct a general program that makes a reasonable effort to remove the names of ineligible voters from the official lists of eligible voters.”

The watchdog group discovered one registered voter who died over two decades ago, yet is still on the voter rolls. If she were alive today, she would be 100 years old.

They also found another registered voter who would be 108 years old today if she didn’t die over two decades ago.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation found obituaries for both of the deceased women in the Detroit Free Press and one had an image of her gravestone online.

In a written statement, J. Christian Adams, president of Public Interest Legal Foundation, claimed, “This case is about ensuring that deceased registrants are not receiving ballots,”

“For over a year, we’ve shared specific data with the Michigan Secretary of State’s Office about the alarming problem of deceased registrants on Michigan’s voter rolls,” Adams said, adding, “Secretary Benson has done nothing to resolve the problem and is even refusing to hand over public documents related to these failures. The failure to remove deceased registrants creates an opportunity for fraud and makes Michigan’s elections less secure.”

WEIRD: Western Australia Reportedly Has No COVID, Vaccinations Continue, But Hospitals Are Overwhelmed

Something’s going on in Western Australia. Vaccinations are very high – COVID is almost non-existent – But hospitals are overwhelmed with patients.

Noted by Alex Berenson, something very weird is happening in the state of Western Australia (WA) home to a population of almost 3 million people. The WA state has been locked down and isolated from the COVID-19 impacts in the eastern states.

There are very few COVID cases in locked down Western Australia, which has allowed them time to prepare for the potential arrival of the virus which includes a massive vaccination effort. The state has modeled an anticipated arrival of the COVID virus in early 2022, early next year. However, as the vaccination rates increase, the hospitals are being overwhelmed with new patients and the Premier cannot explain why.

Alex Berernson notes comments made by WA Premier Mark McGowan on October 31st about hospitals being currently overwhelmed. “Our hospitals are under enormous pressure. This is the same in [the rest of Australia]. This has been something no one has ever seen before, the growth in demand in our hospitals, why it is is hard, hard to know… There is huge numbers of people coming through the door, so we’re doing everything we can to try to manage it,” says Premier McGowan.

Suspended for not getting vaccinated, Californian ‘Covid nurse since the beginning’ talks to RT

Victoria Jensen, a nurse who recently went viral after filming herself being escorted out of her hospital for refusing to get the Covid vaccine, has told RT her religious beliefs had not been taken seriously.

“I made a choice for myself and I think everyone should have the freedom to make their personal choice,” Jensen said of her decision to refuse a vaccine, which is now required for almost all federal employees and those who work for companies with more than 100 employees.

Jensen made headlines this week for posting footage of herself being escorted out of her workplace at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in San Diego, California.

“I don’t know what kind of pandemic it is if they’re firing nurses who are willing to work,” she said in the five-minute video, which has garnered millions of views since hitting social media.

Jensen claims she was put on unpaid leave from her job after she sought a religious exemption in respect of the vaccine mandate, but was refused the opportunity. She didn’t specify her religious beliefs in the video, but in a new interview with RT Jensen says it has to do with her Christian faith.

The hospital, Jensen told RT, believed her application for a religious exemption was “not serious.”

I wanted to get answers from the hospital as to [why] some random HR person [was] deciding that my livelihood was now in jeopardy because they didn’t believe that I really had sincere beliefs in my Christian faith.

“It’s kind of surreal, honestly, because I love my job and I have been a Covid nurse since the beginning,” Jensen said.

The nurse is one of many who has posted footage on social media of walking away from a job due to the Covid-19 vaccine mandate. She says her decision, however, comes down to simple “medical freedom” and the health worker has no qualms with anyone who received the vaccine.

Cop Arrested for Repeatedly Raping Teen, Trying to Convince Her to Kill Her Mother

Midcoast, ME — It is no secret that there is an epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse in the land of the free. According to many experts, child sexual abuse is likely the most prevalent health problem children face with the most serious array of consequences. It is so rife that it is estimated that about one in 10 children will be sexually abused before their 18th birthday. This year alone, there will be about 400,000 babies born in the U.S. that will become victims of child sexual abuse unless we do something to stop it. Thousands of child predators are nabbed every year and for every one caught, there are likely 10 others who remain free.

While child sex trafficking is certainly a problem within the upper echelons of society, these sick people are from all walks of life. One of the things the victims are told is to report their abuse to the police. However, as TFTP regularly reports, police are often times the worst offenders and even when they are caught committing horrifying acts of abuse, they receive little to no time behind bars. This is a serious problem, and as the following incident illustrates, it does not appear to be slowing and may be getting worse.

Weekly or more, TFTP reports on police officers who get arrested by fellow cops on charges of everything from trafficking in child pornography to child rape to running child sex trafficking rings. However, if the following officer would not have been arrested this week, it could have been both a child sexual abuse case and a murder case.

Midcoast police officer Christopher C. Hast, 32, of Rockland, was arrested this week and charged with 12 counts of Class B gross sexual assault for the alleged repeated rape of a 15-year-old girl.

The alleged assaults began in April and continued until last week. The girl was allegedly raped a dozen times by Hast who posted a $10,000 bond and was put on house arrest with an ankle monitor on Wednesday.

The investigation into Hast’s sexual misconduct began last week on Oct. 29, when the girl told her school counselor about the assaults. It took just 3 days for police to find enough evidence to charge and arrest him on Nov. 1, according to a police affidavit filed in Knox County court by Maine State Police Detective Christopher Crawford.

After Hast sexually assaulted her on October 27, the victim felt compelled to report the attacks. She told the counselor and eventually police that Hast claimed to be her boyfriend and they would talk via the messaging app Snapchat. Among the explicit internet links Hast sent the girl, he also demanded she send him nude photos and told her to delete any messages from him.

When the victim told police that Hast suggested they kill her mother on the messaging app, she knew something had to be done. When police obtained a warrant to retrieve the messages, they found the message in question and it did in fact allude to killing the girl’s mother so they “could be together forever,” according to the affidavit.

When he was arrested, Hast denied all the allegations. He has been placed on unpaid suspension and is expected back in court on Jan. 27.

Arrest illustrates how the Steele dossier was a political dirty trick orchestrated by Hillary Clinton

Special counsel John Durham’s indictment of Igor Danchenko, the principal source for the bogus Steele dossier used by the FBI as a basis for the Trump-Russia investigation, further illustrates that Durham has his sights set on the Clinton campaign.

Danchenko has been charged with five counts of lying to the FBI in interviews during 2017, as the bureau struggled in futility to verify outlandish allegations that Donald Trump and his campaign were clandestine agents of the Kremlin. Those allegations were compiled in the so-called Steele dossier, which the FBI relied on in obtaining surveillance warrants from a secret federal court.

The dossier was generated by the Clinton campaign. Its principal author was former British spy Christopher Steele. Steele’s main source was Danchenko, a Russian native based in the United States who worked at the Brookings Institution — a Washington think tank whose former president, Strobe Talbott, is a college friend of Bill Clinton’s who worked in the Clinton State Department.

At Brookings, Danchenko worked with Fiona Hill, later a member of President Trump’s National Security Council (and a key witness in the first Trump impeachment over the unrelated Ukraine controversy). It was through Hill that Danchenko became acquainted with Steele, who ran a London-based intelligence firm upon leaving MI-6, the British spy service.

Durham’s indictment alleges that Danchenko lied about two major points.

First, he fabricated the claim that the president of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce informed him that, during the 2016 presidential campaign, Trump was involved in a well-developed “conspiracy of cooperation” with the regime of Russian President Vladimir Putin. In reality, the indictment says, this conversation never happened.

The chamber president is not identified by name in the indictment. After the Steele dossier became public, however, there was intense speculation that the chamber’s founder, Sergey Millian, was a Steele dossier source. As I recounted in my book on Russiagate, “Ball of Collusion,” Millian denied being a source and trashed the dossier as “fake news created by sick minds.”

Danchenko is also alleged to have concealed that one of his sources for the information he provided to Steele was a longtime Democratic Party operative who was close to the Clintons — having worked on both of Bill Clinton’s successful presidential campaigns and Hillary Clinton’s unsuccessful 2008 presidential campaign. This source was revealed on Thursday to be Chuck Dolan, a public relations executive who had Russian contacts, and referred to as “PR Executive-1” in the indictment.

Loudoun County School Counselor Arrested for Sex Crimes Against Student, Marking Far-Left District’s Latest Scandal

National focus on Loudoun County continues with another sex scandal shaking the Virginia school system

A former Loudoun County Public Schools counselor has been arrested on felony charges of taking indecent liberties with a child after police say she carried on a sexual relationship with a Loudoun County student over a span of multiple years. The arrest marks just the latest scandal to rock the disgraced school district, which has attracted national attention on news stories ranging from critical race theory to transgender bathroom rapes.

Ann M. Barrett, 42, reportedly turned herself into police at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on Thursday, after being brought up on child sex charges related to an “inappropriate relationship” with a former student at Freedom High School that lasted several years. She was released on a $10,000 bond to await trial shortly thereafter, despite her charges constituting child rape.

The arrest came following an investigation that began in May, with law enforcement finally securing charges against Barrett this week. A victim has not been named, due to the victim’s privacy rights and juvenile status at the time of the alleged crimes.

According to police and local media reports, the predatory “relationship” between the two lasted from 2013 to 2015, during which time Barrett was employed as a school counselor at Freedom High School, though she later moved on to become an eighth-grade counselor at a Loudoun County middle school.

It appears unknown, at this point, if any other Freedom High School students or middle school students were affected by her alleged predatory behavior during her time as a public school employee.

Many school counselors have closed-door access to students, often meeting with them on issues ranging from their hopes of post secondary education, to more serious and personal things, like disagreements with other students, issues at home, or even psychological problems.

Barrett’s arrest marks just the latest in a long string of scandals to rock Loudoun County Public Schools, a district located in Northern Virginia’s D.C. suburbs that was once considered one of the best public school systems in the United States.

Led by a far-left school board, the county’s education system became a key issue in this year’s Virginia Governor’s race, as local parents took on the implementation of far-left, anti-white Critical Race Theory, as well as radical “trans-affirming” policies that led to the bathroom rape of a young girl, for which a male Loudoun County student who donned a skirt and claimed to be “gender-fluid” was convicted.

The same student also faces charges in a subsequent school rape, which took place at another Loudoun County high school following the initial assault.

In the aftermath of the rape, the county school board engaged in a documented cover-up and even arrested one of the victim’s fathers when he demanded answers and accountability.

Loudoun County’s teachers have also faced arrest on numerous occasions, including multiples for public intoxication during the school day, as well as sexual assaults and sexual activity with students. Over one short period in 2019, a total of 3 teachers in the district were arrested and charged with various crimes related to their jobs, including on-campus alcohol and sex offenses.

In 2014, Soros’s International Renaissance Foundation (IRF) and its grantees were active supporters in the creation of the Anti-Corruption Action Centre (AntAC) of Ukraine, a powerful NGO. Through the end of 2018, 17 percent of AntAC’s funding was coming from Soros’s group.

AntAC is run by Daria Kaleniuk, an American-educated lawyer. White House logs show Kaleniuk visited on December 9, 2015, reportedly meeting with Eric Ciaramella, the CIA employee many suspect is the anonymous whistleblower that sparked Trump’s first impeachment, the source of which was a faultless phone call with Ukraine’s president.

AntAC was responsible for creating the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), a law enforcement group separate from the prosecutor general’s office that was tasked with handling the biggest corruption cases. It has investigatory powers but cannot indict suspects. Only when it passes its findings to prosecutors does a subject of its inquiry become part of a criminal case. The agency was established in 2014 at the behest of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) after its predecessor, the National Anti-Corruption Committee, was deemed a failure. Western governments funded NABU, which also enjoyed the backing of the FBI. Like all the Orwellian names of groups Soros had a part in, NABU acts independently in name only.

With the Obama DOJ’s launch of the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative, aimed at battling large-scale public corruption in foreign states, the State Department, DOJ, and FBI began outsourcing some of their own work to AntAC.

In February 2015, Viktor Shokin was appointed prosecutor general of Ukraine, and was soon scrutinized for helping the owner of the energy company Burisma. Shokin had helped owner Mykola Zlochevsky regain control of $23 million that was frozen by British authorities. Burisma was made famous by Hunter Biden’s involvement in the company, and Zlochevsky was the one who struck the deal to appoint Hunter to the company’s board of directors in 2014 at a reported salary of $83,333 per month.

AntAC’s stance on Shokin was made clear; it tweeted on December 2015 that “One of the major goals of #AntAC for 2016 is to force #Shokin to resign.”

Shokin attempted to begin a probe into Burisma that “included interrogations and other crime-investigation procedures into all members of the executive board, including Hunter Biden.”

This never materialized because Joe Biden (then Vice President) threatened to withhold a $1 billion loan to Ukraine unless Skokin was removed as prosecutor general. Biden even bragged about it on video to the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018, stating that when he attended a meeting with Ukraine’s president and prime minister, he said, “‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.”

Biden insisted the U.S. wanted Shokin removed over corruption concerns shared by the European Union. But in tapes released by Ukrainian lawmaker Andrii Derkach, Biden and Poroshenko reveal that the Ukrainian president admitted to doing Biden’s bidding. The quid pro quo is proven.

Page Can’t Be Found’: PR Firm Deletes Clinton Advisor From Its Website After Trump Dossier News

Public relations firm kglobal deleted the company profile of executive Charles Dolan, a former advisor to both Bill and Hillary Clinton, from its website Thursday following his implication as a source of information for Igor Danchenko, a Russian analyst involved in creating the Steele dossier.

Danchenko was indicted by Special Counsel John Durham on several counts of lying to the FBI and arrested Thursday, The New York Times first reported. Danchenko, a Russian analyst, was used by British ex-spy Christopher Steele as a primary source of information in creating the infamous Steele dossier, which spurred allegations of collusion between former President Donald Trump and Russia.

Danchenko’s indictment revealed that one of the Russian analyst’s primary sources for information was Charles Dolan, who was labeled as “PR Executive-1” and whose identity was confirmed by The New York Times.

Gunmen Kill 11 Avocado Farmworkers in Western Mexico

Gunmen killed 11 Avocado farmworkers in the state of Michoacan, marking the latest massacre as rival cartels fight for control of the region. Six of the victims were minors.

The shooting took place this week in the municipality of Tangamandapio, the Michoacan Attorney General’s Office revealed in a prepared statement. The victims are described as avocado farmworkers not tied to illicit activity.

Locals revealed to Breitbart Texas the victims were Purepecha Indians and that state authorities have largely ignored their pleas for help as criminal organizations target avocado farmers for extortion schemes.

According to state authorities, the victims left to a wooded area to collect honey in the morning and did not return home. It was not until that night when authorities found the 11 bodies, all shot several times. A motive has not been officially revealed.

Michoacan has become a war zone where large-scale shootouts, kidnappings, and massacres have become commonplace in recent years. The violence is tied to a brutal turf war between smaller cartels and cells masquerading as self-defense groups calling themselves Carteles Unidos, who are trying to keep out elements from Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generacion (CJNG). The rival criminal organizations have been fighting over control of drug production territories in remote mountain areas and trafficking routes near the coast to bring cocaine shipments from Central and South America by boat.
