The gubmint knows whether a vaxxed person got a placebo or not, at least in nations with the satanic Green Pass in effect. This brave nurse in Slovenia explained several months ago that if a person's Green Pass contains "01" that means he got a placebo; otherwise he got the poison.

My assumption would therefore be, that if the gubmint knows you didn't get the real poison the first time, they'd somehow arrange that you got it in your booster?
