Senate passed the whole thing in August. It's done dude.
They split the bills in the house. The 'social infrastructure' part of the bill is yet to be voted on in the house but the senate passed both as one. Don't know the exact process but the first one is law when biden signs. The second will be if/when theres a vote in the house…I'm sure they have the votes with all the RINOS and such..

After reading that link further it seems the only changes were made to the build back better portion of the bill (aka the 'social infrastructure bill') It WILL need to go back to the senate if it passes the house. This one however had no changes and does not need to go back to the senate. Bidens next up for this one.
