Step 1) Scare healthy people into getting a gene modifying 'vaccine' that screws up the immune system..

Step 2) Force vaccination if necessary (not in the UK yet but it wouldn't surprise me if this was on their list of things to do)

Step 3) Offer a magic pill or treatment, approved and sanctioned by government for those who have had their immune systems screwed up by their gene modifying 'vaccines'.

Create problem - offer solution - become the perceived 'saviour' to which people are dependant upon for their future survival.

'But that's just a mad conspiracy, surely can't be real' say the blind sheep.
