Nothing says fair standing like an entire corporation and it's resources against a single employee out of the public eye. po po kopawayshun

Please enlighten me on all of the class action employee generated lawsuits that are flooding our courts…?

If an employer is fair to his team, then he has nothing to fear other than an occasional reprobate and, oh my, overwhelming performance overall. If an employer is not worth his salt then you get what's comin.

Tell me, what are the odds that the general american employee would even have class action in their lexicon?

Also, anything that absolves a party in contract must adhere to overarching jurisdiction/statute etc. so much so that there's likely acknowledgement of that in the contract anyway. Yet, what person looking for work would not eagerly sign the agreement regardless of what the stack of papers says on hiring day, MUH BILLS!

What's the point? COERCION at it's slimiest. Once again, employees must firmly place one hand on each cheek and spread to the fullest extent or join a union or public sector (horrible…) etc. Another affirmation by (((the powers that be))), that you will be rendered destitute if you stand for what's right. On top of overreaching confidentiality agreements to boot, you might as well say the private employee is royally fucked and cucked.

Piss and shit, all of it.
