i agree/think it's a good idea to have some (as few as possible, though) "pinned" notables if it prevents the same not-new news to be calloud out every other bread by anons who haven't seen it before
> banning my Prince Harry "Muh Dick" meme
he's just making us a service, that thing you call a "meme" is pure instant-filter. and yesterday you broke records, must have filtered you a dozen times in a single bread, you worthless, screaming, wasteful fucker of a fake anon
honest question, are any anons fooled by this?
newfags who think "yeah, he might be on to something"?
> best if kept for occasional use
absolutely, should be very rare & few.
i fully expect the usual notable issues to pop up (pick meeee anons, whining about things being in/out, etc), but if used sparingly, it should work out ok.
i think >>1493755 had a good initiative to deal with anons' demands & requests for notables (if you've never baked, anons, you have no idea how fast it can get really annoying… i'd love to bake more often, if it wasn't for the damn notables), because the worst part of it is often the anons making the most noise about notables haven't even checked them…

nah, don't agree with that.
99% of the time, sections1,3&4 don't even change, just the notables section.
i agree with keeping the first post clean and tight, but the links & info in the dough are important - plenty lazy anons just ask questions here anyway without even checking them, having them elsewhere would be much worse
>A thread with working / live research threads could work
? not sure what you mean… there's the
Threads & Research Section
but it might not cover all current live threads?
ahok, i see. could be useful regardless of dough issues… as for that, i'm in the camp that prefers having longer dough, so i'm for keeping the list there. with just the warroom section, that part has plenty of room, it's the 4th that had no room for updates at some point - currently there's a little wiggle space, at 4561, pretty comfy but goes up fast
same old, just shills shillin.
don't reply and just look at them go, you'll see it soon enough
