why not white queen to h3 in that case?
can't seem to find a solution in 3 moves.
Best thing I got is:

blk rook to f4, wht king takes pawn at g5
-
blk rook takes pawn at e4 – check mate
if in first move wht king instead moves to h3, then instead

blk rook moves to h4
Can't really see the necessity of

Why 3 moves, if you can do it in two?
What about the solution in two moves from above?
