Anyway, that is my speculation.
The crowd that was vaxxed with the J&J, which is functionally very similar to ASTRAZeneca, was used as guinea pigs for external sound waves used to trigger heart attacks.
Now they know what kind of efficiency they can achieve, and maybe how many more "boosters" are necessary.
