The most important question is : is she symptomatic? Is she actually sick?

Or just "tested" positive?

If she's sick, she can take OTC (prev mentioned) supplements, vitamins, minerals, etc that will not harm the baby.

If she's not sick, they blow the whole thing off. It's not worth the time or effort to give it a moment's thought.

Def DO NOT get the vax and then breast feed. That would be bad for the baby, up to and including possibly killing the child.

REMEMBER,Covid has a 99% recovery rate for normal, everyday healthy people, who DO NOT already have co-morbidiites and failing health. It's no diff than just having the flu. Treat it like such, and move on.

No dr visit necessary as long as mom is doing good. (Moms get sick during pregnancy, and there's no need for alarm, UNLESS her condition seriously deteriorates into a life threatening condition- like unable to breath)
