The best way to get people to appreciate something, is to take it away from them, or tell them they can't have it.
I seem to remember a Q post about some people seeking election as a means of escaping justice. I have a feeling ol' Joe is a very strong candidate for just such a thing.
Or, maybe, a placeholder. What if the real Joe is still in his basement under lock and key until the legal system in our country is unfucked? Or, maybe he's just awaiting his trial at Gitmo, I suspect they could be rather busy these days.
