The people being fired for not getting the vaccine are being fired for medical reasons. The vaccine is a medical treatment. There used to be regulations for firing people for medical reasons.

If the vaccine is a medical treatment, lacking the vaccine could be considered a medical condition, i.e. a person lacking the chemical compounds produced by the vaccine. Just spit balling.
