Of course it is. If you've ever been involved with any kind of 'legal' action such as this, the attorney will 'rehearse' with a witness, although not supposed to 'coach' them on their testimony. Guarantee that within the past week or so, prosecution has met with all their witnesses to 'go over their testimony'.

With his criminal history, a little behind live on the court feed, he wouldn't be able to hold a medic certification. Ohio is pretty strict on that, there is a little leeway, but with his history, he wouldn't be able to gain certification here….

Figures, looked up his history, multiple dui's, felony that keeps him from legally owning a gun; thus his CCW not valid at that time… Gonna love the cross examine. He's got a charge of Domestic Violence, which would probably be enough to lose his card. Ohio may be able to save your cert if felony is 'non-violent', but the addition of other convictions…tsk tsk
