You both have good points, and are arguing at cross purposes. The fundamental principles of communism, when they emerge from the free will of the authentic, sovereign individual, are ethical and perfectly fine, and simply describe authentic interrelationships. When they are imposed on the sovereign individual - by outside forces, removing personal freedom, they are pure evil and authoritiarianism incarnate. Our species has much growing up to do to realise this subtle difference yet. In the meantime, lets wake up our brothers and sisters to the evil we are embedded in now, and remember such theorising is just ideas, not the practicalities that have to be prioritised now.
