Well a complaint is a statement that a situation is unsatisfactory or unacceptable. So if anyone states "so & so should be in jail" its an implied complaint, as their not being in jail is unsatisfactory..
I'm engaging you at first because I disagreed about the "no true scotsman fallacy".. I sort of read into it as though you were saying there satisfactory arrests but that each was dismissed as not good enough.. (hence no true scotsman where one projects their generalization by dismissing a counterexample.. so in this case you would need a counter example of someone important who is arrested for them to dismiss as unimportant).. which led me to the same line of thinking as you put forth later, about making sure the people at the top are arrested.. anyway you started calling me a demon

I was more pushing for the counter-example.. theres 10,000 important people who are guilty, I don't see any getting arrested ever.. would be nice to just nab a few every once and awhile.
