38 years in. Took former row crop farms and converted to hay/pasture rotation. Sell cows off in the fall, no soil compaction. Half dozen night crawlers in every shovel full of soil. Can't avoid light spray around borrow ditches and driveways but that's it. Manure and compost on fruit trees and gardens. Lotta work, but it gets you out of bed in the morning.
