Halper pays Papodapolous $3k for report on “Middle East Gas Reserves“ & offered all expenses paid trip to LONDON to infamous meeting to find out that Papodapolous knew about Hillary’s emails, that Papodapolous was told about by Mifsud. Halper needed to get Papodapolous to London to make this meeting because British intel that was passing info to US intel. He had to meet out of US to avoid US spying laws. Info was being laundered through UK intel, to unofficial (NO paper trail/NO probable cause=NO CRIME) US intel. I honestly believe the Q pics of the traffic cam rotations are Halper and/or Papodapolous!
