i haven't seen this angle discussed much, probably because there is no readily available video/photographic evidence.
if the (confirmed) jabbing of a security guard preceded this person attempting to jab others' in their vicinity and this did indeed happen before the stampede; a) it could be the cause of the surge, b) this could simultaneously be the perpetrators act of instigation and their defense strategy (some crazy guy started injecting people and they panicked, nothing to do with me your honor), c) if this person could be identified, connections could then be made, or not, as to the degrees of separation of said individual to travis scott.
