It’s [their] thing. Anon has struggled more than four decades with holding back when being incited by this technique. It is effective on lots of people (this anon sure can be itchy), and conditioned into many LEOs to generate a frustration and/or anger so the crooked LEO can skip all the real law work and just get to the adrenaline rush of ‘take down’. It is disgusting and should be a fireable offense for Public Employees to engage. Yet here we are… it has been and still is VERY profitable for [them]. Not gonna be an easy habit for [them] to break.
