It sure would be interesting to see what statistics and/or tracking reports OPM/agency HRs have on donated leave requests for medical reasons (possibly family reasons too), especially within the last 5-10 years to see the trends better. I’m not saying FOIA requests should be sent, but if it happens, be nice and ask for PII to be excluded.
