Full metal jackets are used for target practice which is the only thing that Kyle was familiar with, it sounds like. Kyle isn't a hunter to my knowledge. I don't think he ever used a gun to go hunting.
The prosecuting atty. is evil.
I wonder if he goes after gang bangers with the same ferocity.
So the fact that he was using FMJ is to Kyle's advantage. He was just using target ammo., not do the most amount of damage to the person ammo., which is what hollow point is for.
Correct?
Yes it seems to Kyle's advantage that using the FMJ was just left over ammo from target practice.
I use FMJ at the range, but keep my self defense rifle loaded with hollow points.
Were any of the arsonists, rioters, people who caused damage to private property even prosecuted?
Yeah, that just gives criminals the advantage to steal or destroy whatever they want and there's not a damn thing you can do about it if you're not physically stronger than them.
So might makes right by that reasoning.
Fucking Libtards.
>No unspent bullet was on the ground by scene investigators there.
I really don't understand why someone would "rerack" unless their weapon jammed and they wanted to clear it. Once you're locked & loaded you're all set till the mag. is empty.
And, so what if his weapon did jam (even though it didn't) what difference would that have made?
imo it would have just given Kyle's assailant more time to back off and get away instead of getting himself shot at.
I'm just watching this trial for the first time today, so I didn't get to see the other parts of it. Only been following it on here when I get the chance.
I thought Kyle said today that he didn't rerack it?
So I'm not sure. Will continue to lurk for moar info.
PTSD has been around since forever.
Since wars have been fought.
Since people have been traumatized in one way or another.
Big Pharma had to label it so they could pedal their drugs for it.
