What the anon has done is this:
→ Assuming that Dec 7th is 00:00, every day corresponds to a minute on the "Q-clock"
→ Thus, 00:01 is 12/8, 00:02 is 12/9, table at: pastebin.com/Xwp7BwS5
Now, a classical clock has 12 hours, with 720 minutes – a year (2017 & 2018) has 365 days, so starting 00:00 with 12/7 one will reach 12/7 again at 06:05 (break in the pastebin)
For a 24 hour clock one would 12/7 once more at 12:10 & 18:16
Anon lined up the dates by the minutes, so 00:05, 01:05, 02:05 etc (and their corresponding dates 12/12, 2/10, 4/11 etc) are all in one line, which (if the anon is right) connects these messages from these dates.
