Where is there anything saying TRiS buffer is used to prevent heart attacks? It is more stable, pH-wise, than typical PBS, but IDK about this claim…

"Tris-buffered saline (TBS) is isotonic, notoxic buffer used in some biochemical techniques that is maintain the pH within a relatively narrow range."

Would like better/moar sauce, as I can't fault them for using a more stable buffer. Can anyone opine with some knowledge? Why would Tris buffer (vs Phosphate Saline Buffer) prevent heart attacks in children or anyone else?
