my research:
01:48:00 - view of action, some cars
01:57:00 - guy with automatic weapon walks into view
02:00:48 - group w/ fire extinguishers & phone guy (medic?)
02:01:48 - phone guy (medic) circles around back
he crosses the street, films people, goes to street corner, raises his hat
02:03:40 - gun shots heard
02:05:10 - crowd moves toward shots; now more shots go off
02:06:35 - Police Rescue trucks that had just sat at the intersection
drive 1 block or so to the shooting area
02:07:00 - Police rescue truck drove 1 block, picked up some guy
in a very rough was and threw him in the back of the truck
(similar to George Floyd's rescue; uniformed military acting as
emergency technicians giving no immediate medical attention)
02:10:00 - rescue truck drives off while camera is turned away
02:12:00 - some girl is hysterical about something says
"he had my keys" tells the policeman "fk you"
that's all I looked at but several things caught my eye
the action at the gas station was lots of people doing nothing
looking like a staging area or planned central gathering spot
and the actions that happened around the kid w/ the gun
meaning: people standing around looking dumb
until the medic comes through and looks like he's giving signals
making me think he was not really just a medic
there is a picture out with the medic holding a gun
but in other pictures it isn't the same; DOUBLE CHECK
if you can get a screen grab from a video it is better IMO
and less likely to be schopped
