To all the anons more well versed in this Kyle court situation, how is it looking for him? I want to state that I am asking as I am entirely unsure of the inner workings of a court situation.

Is it looking good for Kyle overall, sometimes Kyle seems like he's gonna buckle and this Binger seems like he's really being an arse. Hard to tell how the judge reads it and how the jury could percieve it. The ruthlesness of Binger comes across as confidence. But I guess that's what he would want to be portrayed.
