Originally, it seemed as if the judge was going to let the prosecutor play the vid as long as he made the jury aware that it might be altered. But Mr. Egomaniac Prosecutor cooked his own goose by continuing to argue with the judge for so long that the judge actually forgot that he said it and said, oh well, too late, no expert, no vid.
