A history teacher told her students Trump was still president. She's been removed from the school.

Sarah Silikula's son got into the car after school one day last month, upset and confused by what his teacher had just taught him. Armed with new knowledge, the eighth grader had an announcement and a revisionist history lesson for his mother.

"I'm never getting vaccinated. I'm never getting any more shots of any kind. Did you know Trump's still president?" Silikula remembered him saying.

The boy's middle school history teacher unleashed a rant during an Oct. 18 class at Anacapa Middle School in Ventura, Calif., KCAL first reported. She raved against coronavirus vaccines, the criminal justice system and the 2020 presidential election results. Silikula's son used his phone to record a seven-minute video of his teacher's diatribe, which he gave to his mother. Silikula shared the recording with Ventura Unified School District administrators, and officials there told The Washington Post that they investigated the incident and removed the teacher from the middle school but kept her on as a district employee.

Pennsylvania court throws out governor’s school mask mandate

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — An order by Pennsylvania’s acting health secretary that requires masks inside K-12 schools and child care facilities was thrown out Wednesday by a state court that said she lacked the authority. The Wolf administration said lawyers were directed to file an immediate appeal.

Commonwealth Court sided 4-1 with the ranking Republican in the state Senate and others who sued to challenge the masking order that took effect in early September as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf’s spokesperson said Health Department lawyers were directed to file an appeal to the state Supreme Court on Wednesday, a move his administration said would effectively put the new decision on hold.

The judges said Acting Health Secretary Alison Beam’s mandate did not comply with the state’s laws about reviewing and approving regulations and was adopted without an existing disaster emergency declared by the governor.

The state’s disease control law does not give health secretaries “the blanket authority to create new rules and regulations out of whole cloth, provided they are related in some way to the control of disease or can otherwise be characterized as disease control measures,” wrote Judge Christine Fizzano Cannon, a Republican, for the majority.

The story explains that Ricardo Morales, a sniper instructor working for the CIA to train Cuban exiles in an attempt to overthrow Cuban leader Fidel Castro in the early 1960s, had trained Lee Harvey Oswald in CIA-backed training.

Jan. 6 call logs show senior DOJ officials spoke with Pence, White House

Senior Trump-era Department of Justice (DOJ) officials made a flurry of calls on Jan. 6, including two calls between the acting attorney general and then-Vice President Mike Pence, and late afternoon calls from the White House main line, according to newly released call logs.

The logs, released as part of a public records suit filed by the group American Oversight, detail a frantic timeline of calls between DOJ officials and congressional leadership, law enforcement and military officials — with a call from the White House line not coming until shortly before 4 p.m. the day of the attack.

Handwritten notes from acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen indicate he spoke twice with Pence, though he does not list the times of the calls, making it unclear when they might have spoken or if it was as the attack was unfolding. He likewise lists calls with “SecDef et al.” and House and Senate leaders of both parties without specific times.

Georgia Can’t Produce Over 17,000 Ballot Images

I don’t want to beat a dead horse here, but Georgia IS the smoking gun…

Everything that happened in that state from the stadium incident, to the obfuscation of Georgia’s officials like Kemp and Raffensperger were enough to make any sane person raise a brow.

The results of the Maricopa County audit were no doubt illuminating, but in my opinion what happened there doesn’t hold a candle to the obvious fraud which took place in Georgia.

That being said, Georgia is back in the news for election integrity issues, and this time it’s even more serious than before

According to Voter GA, Georgia cannot produce the ballot images for over 17,000 votes—more than the entire margin of victory for the entire state.

Keep in mind that this information is coming out after the revelation that Fulton County could not track down its chain of custody documents….
