Though i don't get why Kyle couldn't just say "in case anything happened and I or others would better protect ourselves with a gun, but I didn't think anything would happen faggot, but just in case".. Like i'm sure he was avoiding saying "as a precaution" because the lawyer would lead him with "a precaution for what??" but i don't get why he couldn't say something like " a precaution for anything that might happen, but I didn't expect to happen, but in which a gun could deter me or others from being physically harmed" or some shit..
