Financial systems will be shattered. China can’t wait the USA out for failure. We are experiencing financial disarray, and will continue to until gas hits $8/gal across the country and the $15/hr will only truly be $7/hr after inflation and buying power. China, however will fail first and burn first. Only when they become a heap of yuan ashes will the US begin to recover. It was a money war with China that China simply couldn’t beat us to. Which brings up the final thought.

Final thought is China’s last ditch effort to make their financial ruin irrelevant. That would be Taiwan. Essentially, Taiwan holds most of the world by the nardbag by being nearly the sole country who has the manufacturing monopoly on chipsets. Control of Taiwan is a de facto control on every tech device running Taiwanese-made chips, which makes up for a solid chunk of the world’s tech. Efforts made by Trump have nearly neutered this attack in its crib, but would still be a decent punch to even us.

Honorable mention:

Energy sector (DOE) and power options/internet sovereignty.

Warfare using the internet as a binary or even a primary weapon against the US will soon be coming to a halt as the final pieces of classified tech are being installed. The US will be free from internet entanglement with other countries while also being able to exchange data, like one massive brand new firewall brought to you by Space Force. As for Energy, we will persevere any weapon that is designed to alter our energy production, ie an EMP.

Secret nuclear facilities set up around the nation have brought multiple nuclear reactors online. These devices are no larger than a washing machine and they can power entire states with protected battery storage pre charged. If they turn the lights out, these things will turn them right back on in less than a day (to remove the air gap and connect the storage to the official power grids).
