This is why the prosecution is TRYING to create a mistrial, so they can clean the slate, get their stories straight, manufacture or tamper with evidence, kill off some witnesses, and get a new judge.
But they were so flagrant with it in the court room that both the defense and judge saw through their little fucking ruse and the judge called the prosecutor out on precisely what he was trying to do, and the reason why the defense immediately made the statement that they would sue for an immediate mistrial.
Why would the defense sue for a mistrial if that's what the prosecution wants?
Because if the mistrial is found to have been created on purpose by the prosecution, the whole case would be thrown out and Rittenhouse would not be able to be tried again.
