The Lord's Prayer is a repetitive prayer, taken from another repetitive prayer, the daily Hebrew synagogue prayer.

 

The disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray. The daily prayers were obsolete in the Kingdom, so Jesus gave them a new version.

 

Nothing wrong with repetitive prayers, especially when you don't have words.
