About the new Russian nuclear arsenal

I would like to give you some technical information regarding these new weapons.

Technically, they resurrected the American SLAM, also known as Project Pluto. A ramjet propelled by a nuclear reactor instead of a chemical reaction.

The hypersonic missiles are using MHD to protect themselves against the intense heat as it is impossible for the most durable materials known on earth to resist such intense heat.

MHD involves Laplace's force law. The MHD is a domain on which there was decades of disinformation. Both USA and Russia never ceased to explore the feasibility of weapons using MHD.

And all the ultra-fast-moving-and-glowing fuckery in the sky may actually be any kind of prototype using MHD as a shield against the heat. MHD also allows any aircraft/drone/missile to be really stealth because of the plasma generated surrounding the object.

The submarine drone is also nuclear propelled.

The good news is the SLAM and the submarine drone are almost unusable due to the absence of shielding on their nuclear reactor : the original SLAM was designed without shielding because it would have never fly due to its own weight. It is the same for the mini-sub. They are intended to be pushed out of the country before the activation of their core. i.e : the SLAM was designed to use solid-propellant rocket in order to get out of the country.

So they are extremely threatening weapons to use because of the humongous environmental consequences. The pilot of any interceptor following the SLAM would have an instant-death thanks to the gamma radiation.
