I was down near K-Town/Ramstein the last couple of years. Still 40,000 I think. Landstuhl is being moved into Ramstein. Vogelweh housing , K-Town schools all fenced in with gate guards. Not sure about the commissary, but it probably was. Commissary complex looked like a multi-level mall.
